Few weeks ago, we tested our latest product on some blogs. “Contextual Slideshow”. We are very impressed with the results of this product. At this time we would like to share this product with our friends (you).
This is a very valuable product that can broadcast your content to the targeted readers very effectively. It is based on the advanced contextual engine and therefore all images in slideshow are related to your articles.
Some benefits of contextual slideshow are:
1. It displays related images from my own blog. So readers get other similar articles. It benefits them..and it benefits me because it increases my page views.
2. Network concept in the slideshow takes it to the whole new level. If I am a part of other networks (in blogoxy), then my images will be broadcast to them. This has a huge potential to bring new readers to my blog.
3. It automatically adjusts the shape (height and width) in your page or in your sideroll. Zero customization required.
4. Above all, this is a very beautiful widget for any blog. Here is an example of how the widget might look on a food blog:

Soon after we released the plugin for wordpress, and launched new categories…we realized that it was time to be our own customer. Ofcourse…we should feel what our customers feel.
So, today we installed our plugin on our blog
It was a very very very smooth process! No kidding! I did not realize that wordpress plugin technology (and ofcourse our implementation) was so solid. Very smooth experience. Not even one hiccup….it is not acceptable
You can see that beautiufl yellowish-orange button at the bottom of every article. It sure does not take a lot of space…does it? Isnt it tiny?
My blog looks pretty good now

This weekend was very hectic. Whole team slogged hard to get the next version out of the door. Kudos to them! We successfully launched 2nd version.
Some key features:
1. Multiple category support : This was demanded by some of our customers (bloggers)
2. FAQ/Help page
3. Wordpress plugin: This was also a very key requirement.
Team is pumped up…things are moving fast! I looked into the system this morning…and WOW…we have given some really good traffic (readers) to our customers.
Suggest us new features…via comments or via the feedback button (bottom right corner) in the main site.

First of all I thank you for trying blogoxy. We received a great reponse and now we are back to developing more features for your service.
Some of the bloggers registered with blogoxy but did not put the button on their blogs. Please note that it is required to put the button on your blog in order to successfully complete the registration process.
Why should someone put the button on their blog:
1. button connects you to the blogoxy network. Therefore in order to get more readers for your blog, you must put the button as per the instructions in blogoxy signup process.
2. This is a very tiny button (16 X 16 ) pixels and appears at the bottom of your blog articles. This is the smallest possible button for any article/blog. Unlike some other sites with big widgets, blogoxy button is the smallest compared to any other widget.
3. You do not have to put the button everytime you write the article. You just put it once and forget about it. The button will appear at the right location when you write new articles.
4. blogoxy is a responsible and professional company. We do not put any banner or other flashy things on your blog. The button is very safe and it causes no difference to your blog utilization. You will continue to read, write and modify the blog as you have always done so far.
5. Example: Here are few examples of the sites that are using blogoxy button:
http://eatboutique.com
http://asweetfantasy.blogspot.com
Please look at the bottom of the articles for “Similar Articles” button. This is the blogoxy button.
6. We appreciate your feedback. Feel free to contact us via this blog or via feedback button at the bottom-right corner of the blogoxy pages. We will get back to you within 24 hours. This is our promise.
Go blogging!

How does blogoxy help bloggers? Why should a blogger chose it?
I tried to explain it in the video but there is only so much that can go there. So, here I will try to explain why and how does blogoxy bring more readers to your blog.
1. Once you join blogoxy, your blog automatically joins a network of similar blogs. This similarity is on the article level. So, if you write one article for wine and another article for pizza, then blogoxy automatically knows which article says what. And yes, it connects “other pizza articles” to your pizza article and “other wine articles” to your wine article. So, if a reader is visiting one of those “other pizza articles”, blogoxy can bring that reader to you. Ofcourse, vice-versa is also true. Thats how it increases the readers for every member in the network.
2. Groups: This wonderful functionality provides additional traffic to your blog. blogoxy is the first-of-its-kind product where you can decide which group to join. (Very soon…you will be able to create your own groups. So, get ready to form and manage your own private group with your friends). You can see all other group members before deciding or not deciding to join a group. Ofcourse, you can always leave the group or change to another one if you decide to do so. blogoxy reader-manager gives preference to a group. What this means is that your article will be displayed more-prominently (and therefore more traffic for you), if a reader comes from a blog which is in your group. We do not have the exact % increase yet, but we hope to post it very soon.
3. Look and Feel: Very very important. Look and feel of blogoxy is very appealing to eyes. Clear white background, with no gibberish. Also, the button looks very cute. Try it. What do you say about that tiny little cute logo with 4 “similar circles” inside it?
Please provide us the feedback.

I love Twitter but it should add so many new features (I can have the discussion anytime). blogoxy is buzzing along fine. I am looking forward to seeing its usefulness to the bloggers. Please post your comments..or give feedback via the yellow button at the bottom right corner (in main site).

After several months of putting our brains together, we have almost reached a point where looking back gives a good feeling. Yes..we are almost ready to launch the product. It was supposed to be this friday (08/29/08) but things kindof got hectic and it is pushed for 2 more days.
Tonight, we had some weird Linux permission issues and thats why the final testing is a little postponed.
However, feel free to play around with the website. It is ready! We will start marketing it from tomorrow onwards (hopefully
